Refund policy

 

At U Menorca, we prioritize our customers and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. However, sometimes things don't go as planned. If you have any issues with the item you received, simply let us know at umenorca@gmail.com and we'll do everything we can to resolve the problem and ensure your satisfaction.

DAMAGE AND PROBLEMS
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately (within 48 hours of the delivery date) if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can assess the issue and resolve it.

EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or design, please contact our customer service team for assistance. Exchange requests are subject to availability.

RETURNS
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging. Please ensure the item shows no signs of damage or wear.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items will not be accepted for return without prior request. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Also, if your country of residence is not in Europe, the delivery of your products may take longer than expected.

REFUNDS
We offer a 14-day return period from the delivery date. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically receive the refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that processing and issuance of the refund by your bank or credit card issuer may also take some time.
